Coach Todd Esh

Todd Esh will be entering his third year coaching Great Plains FC, where he has successfully compiled a record of 30 wins, 2 draws, and 5 losses in all competitions. In 2025, he led the team to securing both the Select League Title and the Kansas State Cup Title. 

Coach Esh also coaches at the high school level for the Christ Prep Academy Boys' team where he just completed his 7th year. He currently holds a USSF D License.

This will be Randall Porter's first year on the staff of Great Plains FC. Coach Porter is the head women's coach at Graceland University where he just completed his third year.  

Porter brings a championship pedigree to Great Plains FC, having won 14 Kansas Youth State Championships and a US Youth Soccer Regional title as a club coach. His extensive coaching background also includes roles with Sporting Blue Valley, Sporting Kansas City Academy, and as head coach of the Kansas Magic, a professional indoor team. He also assisted with Graceland’s men’s program in 2006.

Porter played collegiately under Coach Ivan Joseph, then went on to play semi-professionally with the Kansas City Brass and professionally with the Sacramento Knights, who drafted him in the first round of the indoor league draft. He holds a USSF C License and NSCAA National Director of Coaching License.
